2015 North Shore National Salon of Photography

Very honored to win a Silver medal in the prestigious North Shore National Salon of Photography for an image captured in the Old City of Jerusalem!

Established in 1995 by the North Shore Photographic Society, the Salon is aimed to promote the art of photography in New Zealand through a yearly national photographic event. Affiliated with the Photographic Society of New Zealand, it is part of a network of photographic clubs and societies across New Zealand.

Each year the Salon has run a competition with the 2015 Salon attracting more than 2,000 entries by 240 members from 45 photographic clubs or societies across New Zealand as well as overseas none-affiliated photographers. The Salon convenes independent panels of six selectors to judge entries in the various categories.

Come and see the beautiful prints and digital images which will be publicly exhibited at Mairangi Bay Arts Centre – opening night celebration is on July 1st at 7:00pm – entry is free!
